Located in the center of Detroit, The Palms also houses the famous Fillmore Detroit theatre. We were tasked with creating an identity and website to help attract businesses looking to lease office space. The resulting idenity is modern and unique, while still keeping aligned with the Cooper Standard brand.

The Kirk Gibson Foundation

Founded in 1996 by legendary baseball player Kirk Gibson, The Kirk Gibson Foundation for Parkinson’s is dedicated to raising awareness and funding research through collaboration, cooperation, and teamwork. In addition to creating the foundation brand and website, we developed the identity and print materials for the “Everybody vs Parkinson’s” 2019 Gala, which raised over over $1.5 million for Parkinson’s programs and research.

El Charro

El Charro, a family-owned Mexican restaurant chain, was looking to rebrand themselves and refocus efforts. In addition to a new logo, Midnite Oil recommended a food truck concept be implemented, refocused messaging on their unique Puffy Taco, and redesigned menus. The result is a brand experience that feels authentic and casual. Plus a few awards in the process, including Hour Detroit’s 2019 Best Mexican Restaurant.

Parc

The Elia Group needed assistance in developing a concept for a high-end, high-visibility restaurant in the heart of Detroit. Our task was to help set this new company apart in a burgeoning Detroit restaurant scene. We created a sleek, refined, yet playful aesthetic through brand development and menu design, landing them Hour Detroit’s 2018 Restaurant of the Year.
